Basic information:

The programme is 12 weeks long (1,5 hours per week), is activity/action based (i.e. it has a very clear focus on implementing the learnings) and consists of the following each week:

  • 1 x 1,5 hour facilitated session each week
  • Implementing actions during each week,
  • Measuring & monitoring the actions implemented,
  • Documenting applicable numbers at the beginning of programme & tracking performance over time.

Transformation Methodology:

Each weekly 1,5 hour training session, is facilitated in person by myself (John Creighton) and joined by Brad Sugars, acclaimed as the world’s best business coach, via a 30minute recording in most sessions.

After every session, delegates are given “homework” and action plans to implement in their business.

The key difference with this programme to others, is that everyones numbers & results are tracked (weekly) and everyone is held accountable to take action/implement their learnings (weekly), in their Business/department.

This is not an ‘in one ear, out the other’ type of training, where very little (to nothing) gets done, because no ones accountable & nothing changes. In this programme, the attendees are held accountable to implement their learnings to ensure that long-lasting, positive change occurs.
